Shipping, Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. If any mishaps on our end you can contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges.
You have a 30 day return/exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items. This does not apply during sales. When items are discounted, they are final sale.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. NO RETURN ON LIP PRODUCTS FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL CUSTOMERS!
You will also be responsible for a reshipment fee to reship the order so please make sure you enter in your shipping information correctly. Reshipment fee is $10 payable to CashApp $Tierika31 or paypal Aari_collections@yahoo.com.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.Due to High Fraudulent Activity Your Shipping And Billing Address must match or monies will be Refunded!
Once delivery is confirmed for your package, we will not issue a refund, and will not send out an additional package if the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier (USPS). Once Aaricollections has shipped the products, and has provided a tracking number, it is recommended that you contact USPS for further information regarding your package. Please contact and check for missing package (s) with the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier (USPS) prior to contacting us. Be sure to note your USPS claim number upon contacting us.
Missing Items from Delivery
If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 business days from date of delivery. We will not be able to accommodate you if we are not contacted within this time frame. Photos of package will be required.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours and shipped via First Class, Priority or Priority Express USPS (United States Postal Services). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed. Your package should arrive within 3-7 business days (Standard shipping Due to COVID-19 shipping delays) after processing has been completed. Please be advised that if you enter the wrong shipping information (i.e. missing apt. number, incorrect address, etc,), and it is returned to the sender (Aaricollections), you will be responsible for the payment for your products to be returned/shipped back to you.
We ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address on missing apt or suite numbers.
